OPERATIONS SUMMARY:

Because today's dropsonde flight observed results show the lower level is southwest flow ,the upper level is southeast flow and the atmosphere is very dry and stable.

The convection is not expected developing at the southwest area of Taiwan, so we decide cancel tomorrow's similar flight pattern.
